Q: How long is the rental agreement? 

Rental agreements are month-to-month and automatically renew on your anniversary date until cancelled.

Q: How do I pay my monthly rent? You can pay online by credit card at with your login and password. It is highly advised to setup a recurring charge on your credit card to avoid the possibility of forgetting to pay one month then having to incur late fees.

Q: When is rent due? 

Rent is due on your anniversary and past due 5 days after that. We do not mail out monthly statements in the regular mail. You will however get a text and email 3 days before your rent is due. All notifications are done thru email and texts to your phone.

Q: Can I get a discount if I commit to a longer stay? All of our units have multi-month discounts available. They are for a certain percentage off at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. The longer the term is the greater the discount. 

Q: Do you pro-rate my final month? 

We do not pro-rate the final month. Provided your account is current upon cancellation we will normally make accommodations to allow an extra day or two for you to move out. Please contact us in advance for any special considerations. 

Q: Can I insure my belongings in storage? Easy Storage offers Tenant Protection that you can purchase at the time you rent your unit. You can even add coverage at a later date if you desire. It is highly recommended to get the Tenant Protection to protect your valuables.

Q: What can I not store? Do not store food. No live animals or plants. Do not store firearms. Do not leave paint, oil, or gasoline in your storage unit. Drain all gas and oil from lawnmowers, etc. It is against the law to store hazardous or combustible materials such as these. A full listing is on the contract.

Q: What type of security does the Advantage Self Storage have? 

We have a six foot fence with barbed wire surrounding the entire site, keypad entry at the gate, and multi-point camera surveillance system.

Q: How is the unit locked? The unit comes with a high security yellow combination disc lock that you can rent for $3/month.

Q: What accessibility can I have to my unit? 

You have access from 6 am to 10 pm 7 days a week with the gate code provided. Access outside of those times can be granted on a case by case basis.

Q: What to do if I can't find my key? 

With the provided yellow combination disc lock there is no key to lose or keep up with. It is a combination lock.
